Nothing exciting

Well, things have been pretty low key here for the past few weeks. Jim has been busy studying for his prelim exams which start Monday, I have been keeping busy with dance class and some projects I have been working on, and Ginger has been laying around the house and playing with her toys (she leads such a rough life!).
Anyways, the cold snap is finally going away and we got to a whopping 36 degrees here today! The most exciting thing that has been going on is that we are experimenting with making Chinese food with a cookbook I got for Christmas (which I love! Thanks Eric!). There are some recipes and pictures of what we made in the 'Beasley's Recipes' link to the right. They were really good and tasted like we got them from a restaurant! We are actually making venison and broccoli again tonight. We also made some pasta a little while ago. It is so easy and they taste so much better than store bought pasta. I am hoping to make some raviolis eventually when I have the time.
Ginger of course had to 'help' make noodles and as you can see has flour all over her face!

I am glad that you like the cookbook from Eric. I checked out your online recipes. Things have come a long way since the days of just cooking mac and cheese.
