Post flooding and Ginger pics

Earlier this week we got a lot of rain which means flooding of the Wabash River. Luckily our house isn't close enough to the river to get damaged but the water can come up pretty close. This time it came halfway up the field.

These trees are supposed to border two adjacent fields behind our house and as you can see are covered about halfway with water.



The trees in the background here border the river and you can get a sense for how far up the water comes.



Ginger had fun chasing her bumper around!



Investigating the flooding...

It is really hard to get good pictures of Ginger since she doesn't like to sit still. She sat still long enough to get these shots of her and her awesome shock collar! It is so great to be able to take her to the river and not have her on a leash!
