Ginger's First Birthday

Yesterday Ginger turned 1 years old! I can't believe that we have almost had her for a year now! Time really flies by!
She started her day off with new toys from Grandma and Grandpa who visited for the week(which she quickly ruined in about 20 minutes)...


She then got to play with a friend's puppy up the road and played outside with Jim and Zach for awhile while they de-tangled the net for the pheasant pen.
Being the dork I am I bought Ginger a party hat (purely for picture purposes) but she really wasn't that into it...


I also made her some doggie safe cupcakes topped with peanut butter (her favorite)






After all the excitement she was so tired and crashed on the couch..


I decided it was my only other opportunity so I tried the party hat on her again. She was too tired to fight me on it but she doesn't look too thrilled to be wearing it!
