As you can see Ginger was very excited. This is her on the way to the Dunes....
She perked up when we arrived and we took a hike to the top of Mount Baldy. It's not really a mountain but a large dune. Here is Ginger after conquering the 'mountain'.
We proceeded to head down the dune and the shore of Lake Michigan down below where Ginger was interested in watching the birds.

Here is a view of Mount Baldy from the bottom. It doesn't look so large in the photo but I am glad we didn't have to hike back up it from the lake!
The wind and water carve out very pretty patterns in the sand that are constantly changing.
This is a nice view of the lake with a nuclear power plant in the background. Very pretty...
