Mmmm, Christmas cookies

This is my second attempt at making the infamous Christmas soft sugar cookies that Anne makes every Christmas. I tried making them at Halloween and they came out good, however; the decorating left something to be desired. So I decided to try making them again for work. The kitchen looked like a flour bomb went off but the cookies came out pretty good.

Ginger even helped out a bit as you can tell from the flour on her face!

For ease of decorating I only made trees and stockings...

Overall, I was pretty happy with the outcome and the cookies hopefully will only get better with time!

We will be heading to the northeast tomorrow and we can't wait to see everyone!
