What I did on my Christmas vacation - Part I

Early Saturday morning we headed to Buffalo, NY. It took quite a bit to get everything packed away in the car but we managed and headed northeast. The drive up was uneventful and we had great weather and no traffic the entire way!
When we arrived in Buffalo we went to the Mason's. Lynn and I proceeded to go to the Sabers vs. Penguins game while Dave and Jim babysat.

It went into overtime and unfortunately the Sabers lost in the shoot out...

On Sunday, Jim and Dave went to the Bills vs. Pats game. I am sooo glad I didn't go it was freezing out! Lynn and I watched it at the house while nice and warm!

We then made our way to Syracuse. Ginger was a little wary of Shea at first since the last time they met Ginger ended up with a bite on her nose.

They eventually warmed up to each other though and were friends by the time we went back to Indiana.

Ginger was able to go on her first official Grouse/Rabbit hunt! It didn't start off too well since within the first 5 minutes she ate some D-Con! After we induced some vomitting she was good as new and ready to start hunting!

"I'm hunting wabbit..be vewy vewy quiet..."

Ginger got a little shrapnel in the eye on the last shot but she is ok. Nothing a little ointment can't fix.
Tommy was the only one who got anything...2 rabbits and 1 dog! :)

Next up: Christmas in MA and a quick trip to NH
