Alabama 2010

This past weekend we took a trip down south to Alabama to visit J's aunt and family. We had a great time. It was good to see family and it was so relaxing just hanging out by the lake! Thanks so much to Aunt J for her southern hospitality and letting us stay at her place!
Here are a few pictures from the trip...

We started out early Thursday morning and Ginger got comfortable in the truck.

We stoppped at Mammoth Cave in Kentucky to stretch our legs and eat lunch.

Here is a group shot of everyone that was there...

On Saturday we went into Montgomery to take in some history.
Here is the first white house of the confederacy...

The state capitol...

The civil rights memorial center...

We ate at Jim 'N Nicks BBQ and it was delicous!

Here is J and Ginger paddle boating on Lake Jordan

After some coaxing Ginger was finally able to jump off the dock after her kong. After a few days she could really jump far!
