I love pumpkin! It's weird that it is in the stores year round yet people only seem to cook/bake with it in the fall. Last week I went a little pumpkin crazy and made some yummy pumpkin snacks.
Pumpkin chocolate chip bread...
Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies...
I usually add chocolate chips to my pumpkin desserts; after all, it isn't dessert without some chocolate!
