What have you eaten and what will you not eat?

I found this on line and thought I would give it a try and post the results. There were a lot of things I had no idea what they were and had to Google. I added some explanations to some less well known cuisine.
I have to say, I have not eaten much off the list but am willing to try quite a bit. There are just those few that I would never, never eat! Check it out! What have you eaten off the list and what would you not be willing to try!

Here is what the website askes
1) Copy this list into your blog or journal, including these instructions.
2) Bold all the items you’ve eaten.
3) Cross out any items that you would never consider eating. (can't strikethrough font in blogger so those items I would never eat are in red)
4) Optional extra: Post a comment here at http://www.verygoodtaste.co.uk/ linking to your results.
